Privacy Policy

Effective date: To be issued upon production launch.

Beta notice. ZeroKanPay is currently operating in private beta. This interim notice describes how we handle data of beta participants until the final Privacy Policy is issued at production launch, which will be aligned with KVKK (Türkiye), GDPR (EU), and applicable payment-services regulations.

1. Data controller

The data controller for the ZeroKanPay platform is Zerokan Yazılım Hizmetleri A.Ş., registered at İvedik OSB, Yenimahalle / Ankara, Türkiye (Tax ID 9981527851, Trade Registry 0998152785100001).

2. Data we process during beta

Account identifiers: email address, name, and merchant profile information you provide when invited to the beta.
Authentication metadata: login timestamps, session tokens, and audit trail for security purposes.
Transactional test data: test payment records, connector configuration, and diagnostic logs from sandbox transactions. These do not include live cardholder data and are not processed under PCI-DSS scope.

3. Where data is stored

Beta-phase data is stored on infrastructure located in the European Economic Area and in Türkiye, in accordance with Law No. 6493 (Turkish payment-services law) and applicable cross-border transfer requirements.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. During the beta, data may be shared with our banking partners (for the limited purpose of testing connector integrations) and with regulators when required by law.

5. Your rights

Under KVKK and GDPR you have the right to access, correct, restrict, port, or delete your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (KVKK Kurumu in Türkiye; the data protection authority of your EU member state of residence).
