Terms of Service

Beta notice. ZeroKanPay is currently operating in private beta as a controlled test environment. Final, legally-binding Terms of Service will be issued in conjunction with our regulatory licensing milestones (CBRT PSP authorization, EU EMI authorization). Until then, access to the platform is governed by the bilateral arrangement under which it was extended to you.

1. Scope

These terms apply to use of the ZeroKanPay platform, including the merchant dashboard, payment processing APIs, software development kits, and connected bank-acquiring infrastructure operated by Zerokan Yazılım Hizmetleri A.Ş.

2. Eligibility

The platform is currently restricted to invited merchants, partners, and regulatory stakeholders engaged in our pre-licensing test program. Public onboarding is not yet available.

3. Acceptable use

Use of the platform must comply with all applicable laws including PSD2, KVKK (Turkish data protection), GDPR (EU data protection), and the AML/CFT regimes of the Republic of Türkiye and the European Union. Test transactions must be marked as such and processed only against designated sandbox endpoints.

4. Limitations of liability

Because the platform is in beta, ZeroKanPay makes no warranty as to availability, fitness for purpose, or correctness of test data presented in the dashboard. Liability is limited to gross negligence and intentional misconduct to the extent permitted by law.

5. Changes

These interim terms may be updated as our licensing posture matures. Material changes will be communicated by email to active beta participants.
